License terms — SuperNav
Licence grant for the WordPress plugin SuperNav (Free core and paid Pro plans). Complements the Terms of sale. Last updated: 2026-08-03.

2. What is licensed
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as allowed below) right to install and use SuperNav on WordPress sites you own or manage, within the limits of your plan. Copyright and all other IP rights remain with KITech / Ingo Zimmermann or their licensors.
3. Free core
The Free core may be used on unlimited sites for the Free feature set, without Freemius Pro activation. Redistribution of modified Free packages as a competing product under another brand is not permitted without written consent.
4. Paid plans (Launch / Grow / Scale)
A valid Freemius licence is required for Pro features. Site limits:
Launch: 1 website · Grow: up to 5 websites · Scale: up to 25 websites
One licence belongs to one licensee (person or organisation). Agency use for client sites is allowed only within the purchased site quota and Freemius activation rules.
5. Permitted use
- Install and configure the plugin on licensed sites.
- Use staging/dev copies if Freemius / your plan allows and they count toward site limits as required by Freemius.
- Receive updates and support during an active paid period (see Terms of sale).
6. Restrictions
- No resale, rental or sublicensing of the licence key or Pro package as a standalone product.
- No sharing of one licence beyond the purchased site limit.
- No removal of copyright / licence notices, and no reverse engineering beyond what mandatory law allows.
- No use to build a competing mega-menu / booking product that copies substantial proprietary code of SuperNav.
7. Updates and versions
During an active subscription you may install published Pro updates for your major line. We may require a current version for support. After subscription end, previously installed code may keep running, but you lose the right to new Pro updates and priority support until you renew.
8. Third-party services
Optional integrations (e.g. Freemius licensing checks, OpenRouter, Google Maps, Microsoft/Google/Zoom/Twilio for MeetFlow) use credentials and accounts you provide. Those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply; you remain controller for data on your WordPress site.
9. Termination
The licence ends if you cancel and the paid period expires without renewal, if a refund is issued, or if you materially breach these terms (after notice where reasonable). On termination of Pro rights you must stop using Pro features that require an active licence.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Except as mandatory by law, the software is provided «as is». Compatibility with every theme, host or PHP/WordPress version is not guaranteed; see documentation and troubleshooting.
