These terms govern the purchase of paid licences for the WordPress plugin SuperNav via this product site (supernav.kitech.ai) and Freemius checkout. Last updated: 2026-08-03. Not a substitute for individual legal advice.

Payment processing, invoicing and licence delivery for paid plans are handled via Freemius. Freemius’ own terms apply in addition to these terms.
2. Subject matter
We sell digital software licences for SuperNav (Pro plans Launch / Grow / Scale). The free core may be used without a paid licence under the Free terms. Paid plans unlock the Pro features described on the plans page for the licensed number of WordPress sites.
Plan site limits: Launch: 1 website · Grow: up to 5 websites · Scale: up to 25 websites. Details: Plans and License terms.
3. Conclusion of contract
By completing Freemius checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected plan. The contract is formed when Freemius confirms the purchase and the licence is activated or a licence key is issued. The contract language is English or German as selected in the checkout / customer area.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the Freemius checkout (typically USD, annual billing, unless stated otherwise). Taxes (e.g. VAT) may be added according to Freemius / applicable tax rules and your billing address. Payment methods are those offered by Freemius.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital only: licence activation in WordPress and/or a licence key, plus download of the Pro package where applicable. There is no physical shipment. Access is usually immediate after successful payment.
6. Money-back / withdrawal
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee without stating reasons, processed via Freemius (subject to Freemius’ refund rules). After a refund, the paid licence ends and Pro features / updates for that licence may be deactivated.
7. Subscription, renewals, updates and support
- Paid plans are typically sold as annual subscriptions with automatic renewal, cancellable in the Freemius customer area before the next period.
- During an active paid period you receive updates for the licensed Pro features and priority support as described for the plan.
- After expiry without renewal, the plugin generally continues to run; Pro updates and support end (see FAQ on the plans page).
- We may ship bugfixes, security patches and feature updates at our discretion. We do not guarantee every requested feature or compatibility with every third-party theme/plugin.
8. Upgrades between plans
Upgrading (e.g. Launch → Grow → Scale) is possible via Freemius; unused value of the current period is typically prorated by Freemius.
9. Customer duties
You must provide accurate billing data, keep Freemius / WordPress admin access secure, and use the licence only within the purchased site limits. You are responsible for backups, staging tests before updates, and for third-party API keys or integrations you connect (e.g. OpenRouter, Google, Twilio, Microsoft).
10. Warranty and liability
The software is provided with commercially reasonable care. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent or gross negligence where mandatory).
11. Privacy
Purchase-related processing is described in our Privacy policy and Freemius’ privacy policy.
12. Governing law
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN CISG, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence require otherwise. Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, to the extent permitted.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases or renewals. The version linked at the time of purchase / renewal applies. Material changes will be published on this URL.
